Equipped with the basic essential utensils for meal preparation, but also baking dishes, grilling supplies, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, wine glasses, over and under counter lights, and a seated dining table for six. Don’t worry about the little things we even cover cleaning dish soap, dishwasher pods, and even paper towels. The spacious living area has an open floor plan with a leather sectional, two 5 X 5foot windows for waterfront views. Enjoy the cozy electric fireplace for those chilly nights and a big screen TV with Dish satellite service not only in living room, but throughout the home.  There are books and plenty of boardgames for family and friends to enjoy and make lasting memories. As you can see from photos every room is utterly furnished from big closets, televisions, lamps, ceiling fans, soft and firm pillows, and even blackout curtains if you wish to sleep in late since you are on “Lake Time”. Now the master bedroom is a dream get away. The walls and closet are real cypress wood, luxury white linens for the king size bed, remote candles, two 5 X 5foot windows with waterfront views, and big screen television. In the master bath you will find everything you may need, even bath salts after a fun day on the lake. If you book a 5-night stay or longer, a spa basket {example in photo section} is our gift to you to pamper yourself. Yes, there is a laundry room with detergent and fabric softener, a must have while you are on the lake.  We did not overlook the outside either, after all that’s what you are here for. Unwind on the covered back porch and a new open deck with a propane grill and dining set. You will see deer and the bald eagles fly over in this area often. There is outdoor lighting in the front and back of the home and pier as well for convenience and safety. The pier offers power if you need to charge your boat and chairs provided to fish or just relax. There are 4 kayaks and life vest to use, we will email you a waiver to sign electronically. Located by water approximately 6 minutes from Hook’s Marina or 6 Minutes Laine’s’ Landing/Bateaux’s, and 4 minutes from Jimmie Davis State Park. Both marinas offer fuel pumps for boats, along with dining, and entertainment events often on weekends at Hook’s Marina. The state park has even a beach, playground, and splash pad, and you can access the park by boat. Need something from the store? Dollar General is approximately 6 miles away in Weston and Jonesboro 11 miles providing fast food, Wal-Mart, and local shopping needs.
