Over the last 30+ years, Kay and I have moved from coast to coast, therefore, we’ve sold and purchased at minimum a dozen homes over that time period. To that point, we’ve had significant experience with Realtors. When I searched the local websites to find a realtor to sell our lake home on Caney Lake, all indications pointed back to Tammy Gunter. So, I called her and we met at our lake house that we called Rocky Top. The first thing that I noticed was punctuality and Tammy arrived right on time. We had a great conversation as she asked many questions about the home, its history and all its amenities.
